Even though the Minnesota Court of Appeals has not reviewed an unemployment case since early March, lets take a look at a past case decided in favor of an Applicant.
In Thurman v. Attorney Edward Shaw, the Court of Appeals decided in favor of an Applicant who worked at a law firm. The issue decided by the Court was whether the worker engaged in employment misconduct.
